We would appreciate you to switch off the AC/heating before you leave, close the window and take out the trash (down the stairs in the entrance of the building).

 

You are welcome to leave your bags after 12 if you need to, in front of the very last door in the bedrooms hallway. Please leave the apartment after 12 and don't use the commune areas anymore. The housekeeper will be working after your departure. Bags only, thank you for understanding :)
