Before your stay, please take a moment to read and accept the following house rules.

The kitchen and living room are available until 10:00 PM and closed from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
This is an old building. We have done everything possible to make the apartment comfortable, but the floors still creak loudly.
We sleep just behind the kitchen, and every movement can wake us up.
For this reason, the kitchen must not be used at all after 10:00 PM.
If you are a night owl, please make sure to take everything you may need from the fridge before 10:00 PM.
Drinking water is available in the bathrooms.
Our baby also sleeps near the kitchen. Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the apartment.
A dedicated shoe box with your room name is available in the entrance.
Your room is booked from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Please do not use the apartment before check-in or after check-out.
This includes cooking, showering and using the sofa or common areas

Luggage cannot be stored inside the apartment before check-in.
A discounted luggage storage option nearby is available while booking is completed.
Visitors are not allowed.
The apartment is strictly reserved for registered guests only.
If you have accidentally booked for one person while staying as two, please contact us as soon as possible. For guests staying in the rooms, rates are based on single occupancy, with an additional charge for a second guest.
The loft is priced for two guests by default.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to receive someone.
La Mansarde du Port is a non-smoking apartment, including at bedroom windows.
Please go outside, at the building entrance, if you wish to smoke.
Please help us reduce energy consumption: switch off lights when leaving a room, do not use air conditioning or heating with windows open and turn off AC or heating when going out
Please close all windows when leaving the apartment.
Rain in Nice can be sudden and heavy, and lower-floor apartments can be flooded within minutes.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused.
If the weather is changing, please also check the windows in the kitchen.
You will arrive in a clean and tidy apartment.
Please leave the kitchen and bathrooms clean after use.
For stays of 7 nights or more booked through Airbnb or Booking, a €3 per day contribution is requested for the maintenance of the common areas.
