We don't allow visitors, even for a very short time

Don't use the kitchen or living between 10PM and 7AM

Cleaning

Please keep the bathroom and kitchen clean after you use it.

If you stay 7 days or more, we will apply a weekly 14€ cleaning fees per guest to keep the communal areas clean during your stay.

Close the window and switch off the AC/heating when you are out

Rains are sudden and strong. You are responsible of the damages that could happen if it rains
